Hi, sister! I’m Tyla Rose.
I know what it feels like to be stuck in an unhealthy pattern, to feel “not enough,” or compare yourself to other women.
I have numbed my pain, bottled up my anger, shamed myself and pushed away the parts I deemed unworthy.
And, I have known healing. I have known remembrance. I have found my boundaries, walked my path fiercely, and let my feminine self be reborn from the ashes, shining brighter than ever.
It’s hard to be a human, let alone a woman. Then, you add in an awareness of everything you want to heal within yourself and it can be overwhelming. I get it.
And, I believe this is where the treasure lies — in the pressure we are polished like a diamond. The magic is in embracing those challenging aspects and letting it shape you into the woman you came here to be.

It doesn’t have to be hard, and you don’t have to walk this path alone. That’s why I’m here — as a guide, a Women’s Embodiment Mentor, and most importantly, a sister on the path who WANTS to walk with you.
In fact, it’s my highest joy to offer this work.
The Resilient Rose revolves around the container of sisterhood support. Through these 4 days, you’re surrounded by loving women that have traversed through their own flames of transformation and are sharing their most precious gems with you.
